Below, you can find the Code of Conduct for Responsible Tourist, whose development was based on the document “Practical advice for the world traveler”, made in 2010 by the World Committee on Tourism Ethics and validated by the UNWTO and it was complemented with recommendations defined by SERNATUR. And in the same vein, the Sustainability Policy of MDS Hotels.
El Canal de Denuncia MDS es un medio que se encuentra a disposición de todos para realizar denuncias de situaciones o hechos relacionadas con la Ley 20.393 en las cuales MDS podría estar involucrado.
Las denuncias recibidas por este medio serán tratadas en forma confidencial y les pedimos que pueda aportar la mayor cantidad de información, de manera de ayudar en el éxito de la investigación.
Todas las denuncias recibidas a través de este canal serán revisadas y, en aquellos casos que amerite, serán investigadas de acuerdo con las normas vigentes.
